Team Inhofe joined the Lincoln County Republican Party last night for a very special grand opening event! The Lincoln County GOP's brand new headquarters, located at 1121 Manvel Avenue in Chandler, will serve as a rallying point for our Team Inhofe and Republican Party activists in Lincoln County.

Team Inhofe was thrilled to take part in the festivities! The Lincoln County GOP has created a fun, festive and family friendly environment that excited everyone about volunteering for Jim!

Thank you to our friends in Lincoln County for the great fellowship, food and fun. We can't wait to build signs, stuff envelopes and make phone calls at the beautiful Lincoln County headquarters throughout the year!

Don't miss the fun! If you live in Lincoln County and want to get involved call Paula Fuqua at 405/258-0867.

JMI at Picher

Senator Inhofe surveyed the damage caused by a tornado in Ottawa County in Northeastern Oklahoma on Sunday morning. The town of Picher had already been in the news in recent months because of the federal buyout process to relocate residents out of the Tar Creek area.

The f-4 tornado tore through a 20 block area taking the lives of at least 7 residents. Senator Inhofe was interviewed by several media outlets and he reiterated his commitment to continue the buyout process, even for those whose houses had not been appraised prior to the tornado destroying a majority of Picher's neighborhoods.

Senator Inhofe is working with the FEMA Operations Center (FOC) as well the National Response Coordination Center (NRCC) and state officials to determine the scope of the damage and coordinate state and federal assistance.

Click the links below to watch videos and read news stories caltaloging the damage as well as Senator Inhofe reaffirming his commitment to the citizens of Picher.

The Stephens County GOP hosted their 4th annual Fish Fry this past Saturday. We always consider ourselves fortunate when we go to events with such good food.

But this event had more than food. It was a huge party filled with enthusiastic supporters of the GOP and Senator Inhofe. Members of the community donated plethora items to be auctioned at the event, and lots of money was raised to benefit county operations.

Thanks to Steve Fair and the rest of the Stephens County GOP for the warm welcome and great food!

Senator Inhofe was back in Oklahoma working the sate today, with the primary focus of his day’s activities being a visit to Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City. There he met with high-ranking Air Force officers and civilian engineers, and toured Tinker's Compact Radome Range and AWACS Program.

After meeting with Air Force officials, Senator Inhofe participated in a press conference where he reiterated the importance of the upcoming bond issue that would acquire the old General Motors building as the new Tinker Aerospace Complex.

Tinker Air Force Base currently has approximately 70 buildings that are out of date and need to be demolished and rebuilt. The workload from these buildings could all be moved onto the old GM campus if the bond issue passes - saving millions of dollars for the Air Force and potentially creating hundreds of new jobs.

As Tinker expands its capacity, Senator Inhofe will continue to use his position on the Senate Armed Services Committee to aggressively promote Tinker Air Force Base, its missions, and the communities that support this economic engine for Central Oklahoma.

Team Inhofe travelled to Tecumseh last night for a memorable meeting of the Pott. County GOP! If you aren't convinced that Republicans in Oklahoma are fired up and ready to work hard to reelect Senator Inhofe, just stop by and visit this outstanding group.

Not only did the Pott. County group pack out the room, but every person there eagerly signed up to volunteer for Senator Inhofe's campaign. Team Inhofe was even more encouraged when group members challenged one another to find two friends to help Jim!

Friends like these are the heart and soul of our campaign; thank you from all of us at Team Inhofe for your generosity and dedication. We look forward to seeing you all again soon on the campaign trail!
